Unknown Big Iron - Guessing Farm Related - SOLVED Wagon Brake

I was digging the bigger iron today. I don't have a clue as to what it might be. It was found in a pasture, near some barns that have seen use from the 1880's to present day. I am guessing it is from the late 1800's to early 1900's, but since I have found items from the late 19th century to modern pull tabs and beer cans I cannot rule out any time period. It's Heavy and it appears to have two broken bolt holes or something similar (as seen best in picture 4).

Other older relics found in the same pasture include a door to a wood burning stove, axe head, ox and horse shoes, wagon parts, etc. Any help will be appreciated on this one. Any questions, PLEASE ask.

    Doug
