Teenagers? Well the hill just up from this rock, shows three holes that look the same as the carving, and there is a hidden cave there as well, there are two small rock peaks, and a creek below. Its kinda coincidental the the carvings would match the landscape if it were teenagers don't you think?

The holes could be from target practice. Several Columbia river petroglyphs were defaced in this manner including Horse Theif Lakes famous: "She Who Watches"! Your example of ? contains graphetti as well!

Does anyone know what the weird letter is under the C in ACOB? I also might be stretching, but under that weird letter the spot looks like a turtle to me with two legs.

Can you read the month of the date? Some members seem to be joking around but it looks extremely interesting to me. Sorry I am not of much help but you can also post here: Treasure Marks/Signs

For some reason your pic will not enlarge. Under the fancy T appears to be bullet damage. The turtle legs I think are letters of the month. Terrys pic is better but he wrote all over it.

I am unable to see a month, the turtles head is in the way, but I REALLY appreciate that you are not acting like some others did. I really want to know about this stone. Thank you for your help.

It appears the left side has weathered so letter J among others are missing.

Hot Zone, I wondered about the weathering J Do you think the image below is a horse head? Or just a bunch of signs together?

Could you try posting the pic again so we can click on it to enlarge? This site has too many unnecessary options and you seem to have picked the wrong one to post your image.
