    Button Help

    Plain flat button with gold gilt. Back mark says *Baltimore*xxxxxxx&Pitman* around the outside edge (xxx's are can't readums). Around the shank it says Treble Gilt. Any idea how old this one is ?

    Also got a holed coin whatzit, but it is so caked full of dirt I can't make it out. Trying an olive oil bath to see if anything appears.
