Britannia Halfpenny Coin ID: William III or William and Mary?

Update: Solved as a 1696 William III Halfpenny after more soaking in olive oil

I found this coin metal detecting which is either William III Halfpenny or a William and Mary Halfpenny, what do you think? Based on the reverse with Britannia's arm raised it tells me that it's from before 1700.

I think it is a William and Mary halfpenny, because I can see the outline of two figures. If it is a William and Mary halfpenny, it's worth anywhere from $30 to $45.

I'm going with a William & Mary halfpenny as well. When I made the image smaller, I could see a "hump" at roughly 1 o'clock on the coin. That hump seems to match up with the one on the William & Mary coin. Just my opinion, though.

I noticed that too, I looks like the outline of a second head. If so, than it would most likely be William and Mary.
