    Play money or Token?

Found this today, I did some research on the internet but couldn't find anything close. Pictures aren't great. It is almost the same diameter of a quarter but it is very thin. One side says "Military Park" the obverse is pretty toasty very few other details that I could see. (I just added 2 better pictures)
