    Button help please

Hi you guys. I found these two buttons yesterday and have had no luck trying to determine what they are or how old. They both have the diameter of a US cent and no back marks. They were found in an old yard in Michigan at about 4-6 inches which is typical for finds around 100-150 years old. While the one is obviously a navy insignia, the other is an eagle or Phoenix? Civilian button I presume? Any info or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance, Griff. Click image for larger version.

I think they are both early 20th century fashion buttons. But, that is just my opinion. I have never seen a military button shaped like the anchor one.
