Thanks for the response. I talked to White's and was told that the software on the machine is the same today as it was when the machine debuted, version 1.0
I had bought a used MXT pro used several weeks ago and so far I really like it, but it is heavier than my MX5. As performance on the beach it's the same as my MX5. The VDI numbers are the same but you also get a littler more info on the target, like how likely it's going to be a pull-tab or a nickle (a steady 20 is always a nickle and 22 is a pull-tab).
