I see there is some commotion on your tread as in the usual case some paid shop agents jump in and mumble a lot of stuff meant to confuse folks and to get them to buy what the shops are offering.
Do not believe them.
I have listened for many years the same shallow arguments about this ground and that ground, this detector that detector.
If depth is your main concern Nexus beats them all, period.
Just look at it from this perspective. Nexus is out there for 10 years and yet you can not find any second hand even from the older SE. Ask your self why.
Folks rarely talk about this brand, but when I got my MkII I got the answer why.
Because it is a detector that goes beyond any other design by a lot and folks keep it to them selves. At least this is how it goes in Europe. No one here wants a competitor on the fields.
