authentic?

Wanting to hear some opinions on arrowhead that is pictured in below attachments. Need not be professional just true feelings and opinions and why it's what your opinion is. All input is appreciated. Thank you. I can add additional photos if needed.

I got these two arrowheads when I was younger and I am trying to sell them. Does anyone know if they are authentic or reproductions? If they are authentic do you have any information on them? (Age, region, tribe?)

I am thinking of purchasing this Civil War Texas buckle for my husband. Can anyone tell me if it looks to be real. Also, how much would something like this be worth? Thank you!
