Just purchased a couple petrified/fossil jaw bones and one very ominous (leg?) bone from an older lady who inherited these from her grandfather when he died. She also had a gigantic leg bone taller than her but sadly would not part ways with it. Trying to identify what animals these belonged to...

I found this bone while walking along a creek in Missouri. I'm curious to know what bone it is and what type of animal it came from. I assume it's a leg bone because it has a socket but it seems like a awful big socket for such a short bone. It looks old but not ancient. Any ideas?

I jumped a wall to an old mine and what i saw it's so interesting, mosasaure teeths and bones, some weird teeths and a lot of shark teeths and many many other corals, bones and shells but i couldn't reach them because they put some security agents there.
