Have two vases that have a mark on the side and hoping someone can tell me about them. They are about 7 or so inches tall and look like they are a combination of metal with glass coating , not sure.

I found these 4 dogs in a yard sale. I have no idea where they are from, When they where made, and what they are worth. If you have any information i can really use it thank you.
