wow that's a good cap there, but why didn't you call me up, all day and night I was debating on wheather I should go or not. But yes it's good to see someone posting something up on the board, because I've been checking it quite often and it's been a few days now. I'll call you soon Kaz.

That's what makes this hobby interesting. Who knew that those caps were used on blank ginger beers. Thanks for a fresh insight of lost history. Dig safe.

Can you post another picture of the those small clear bottles (meds?) when you get the cleaned up? I'd like to see what the embossing says......

Kaz-glad to see confirmation on what the book says about the caps being on those blank stoneware bottles. I am going to put one on my shelf. Great score !! :headbang: :notworthy:
