As for the $10k notes, there are fewer that a dozen large-size notes of this denomination known of all types combined. Of the 61,000 small-sized FRN printed, ther are now about 20 outstanding. Half of those came from Binion's Horseshoe Casino in Vegas. These notes were auctioned off in the early 2000s. They were disbersed in a manner that likely assures they will be traded, probably at escalating prices, for many years to come.
Many different issues were redeemed and none of those, of course, are outstanding today. Other issues are extremely rare; some with only one or two known. If you could find one today, be prepared for a price over $50k in the poorest of condition.

To clarify: Large size $5,000 notes are not collectible. There are so few known of all types combined that they only merit academic discussion. Treasury records indicate that 342 small-sized $5,000 notes are still outstanding, but far fewer than that are known to exist. In terms of availability, there are less of these available than there are of the $10,000 notes.
Production of these notes (and all denominations $500 and higher) ended in 1946. Today, any notes turned into a bank are supposed to be returned to the Fed. Res. and withdrawn from circulation.
