10-10-10 beach finds

I got out for 4.5 hours today. I found 9 outboard motor skegs,one with a stainless steel protector (didn't help) lots of propeller shards,1 bronze blade and a first for me an iron propeller blade, 1.5 pounds of lead sinkers and net weights,a small folding knife,3 pieces of stainless steel screwed together, 2 anchors, one is definately from the chain I found last time it a hooker anchor,the other is a mushroom anchor about 15 lbs.,2 iron rods one has a string tied through a hole, and 2 ships spikes.

if the rocks could only talk ? what a story they could tell. I don't know why anyone would want to take their boat here but they sure do. I saw a guy in a bass boat hit the rocks yesterday. he had to limp back to port.

yeah it is alot of work but I enjoy it when I find old stuff or really good useable stuff. I'm positive there is alot more work to do as well.
