I got out for 4 hours today and 1.5 hours on 10-15-09 best find was a very nice pewter button in perfect condition,2 fishing lures,1 357 magnum live round,3 .38 special live rounds,1 modern dime and penny, bungie hook,a stainless steel fork,2 musket balls,3 lbs of sinkers and a few spikes. I hit a spot that drove me crazy, every time I set the detector down it found a new signal. I spent an hour on my knees in one spot, and there is more there. finally the waves have subsided.

You must have really been "lead" to that spot. ;D

I know the feeling... I find ton's of the stuff. At ten cents a pound at scrap, it's kinda not worth the transport.
Maybe it'll go up sometime. Have a good one. :icon_thumleft:

oh yeah I forgot to mention the 2 old and crusty pocket knives. I have diver weight molds if I get desperate for money. it is easy to make divers weights and I have made plenty of them too. but I am saving them as ballast for my motorsailor project that I have been working on.

thanks for the replies and ecouragement, happy hunting to all.
