I hunted a small triangle piece of city grass in the middle of three intersecting roads today and found 4 merc's, 1 Rosie and a Washington Silver. I have passed this patch of grass tons of time and never looked twice at it to detect, then for some reason I saw it today and stopped. Two neighbors came out to see what I found, they couldn't have been nicer. One even invited me to detect her yard. Hit my local site after and managed two merc's a Rosie and Washington silver. I also found a couple of nice buttons and possibly a horse tack. Not sure about the buttons and US mail artifact. :dontknow: Found tons of wheat's at the triangle patch.

"O, you in da butta zone now baby."

I drive by so many things that I want to detect but I think that if its too small it would be a waste of time. That myth is busted.
Thanks for todays inspiration :icon_thumright:
