photo.JPGphoto-2.JPGphoto-3.JPG I found this beauty in January of this year. It came from a new land site in the fl keys where survivors of the 1733 fleet disaster made landfall and camped. I now know where these babies live. The even rarer 1732s should also be here. The coins I have found on this site are in great condition because they have been buried above the high tide line. I will post pics of some of the other cobs that I have found here as soon as I can.

Anyone ever heard of finds being made on the two Tom's Harbor Keys?

Not only is that an awesome coin, but the provenance and story to go with is, is PRICELESS. Thanx for sharing !

Man that is a beautiful coin! Looking forward to the other coins being posted. What other relics are coming out of that site?

Awesome looking coin, congratulations! :notworthy:

Did you happen to know Roy Ridgeway from the Stock Island area, who sold Sea Shells on Atlantic Boulevard just off White Street in Key West? If so and if you know, whatever happened to him, his' family and his' collection of bottles and coins?

That coin is real treasure.

You must really hate finding the 1964 Roosevelt dimes.
