Man - the spur, the navy and the R.I. . . . you're killin' me here, man.

I have been incredibly lucky to have a place like this. And to think, it is only a public park. I know it has been been pounded, that is why I have only found a handful of silver.

Oh, I almost forgot this. 1809 Half Cent. It was the first really old coin I found in this park. Plus a few others that I forgot to add above.

Those are some really nice finds made, congrats.

Yes, a late 18th C Tombac button. Congrats on the other great finds.

Wow... That's some serious relics and vintage bling from one general area. Congrats!

I love sites that can give up Ct coppers and also nice finds right thru the mid 1900s anything could come from there....

Wow! Lots of great finds! Nice old copper and that Barber quarter is in great shape! But that US plate is awesome! Looks like you've got some great buttons off that site as well. Go slow and dig it all!

WOW! Sick box plate, spur and CT coppers... It looks like you've found two diff CT coppers there at different times? They are in awesome condition. Looks like a ton of fun to swing there, looking forward to seeing what else turns up.

Yes I found the 1787 Connecticut Copper, the 1809 Half Cent, and the US Belt Plate in 2014. All from the same park.
