1788 half reale

When I got off work today my son wanted to go detecting. Said he wanted to find a button. We went to a new field and spent 3hrs with nothing to show so crossed the road to a site I've found close to a hundred buttons, hasn't been there in a couple years. After a hour nothing at all, I most of cleaned it out good. So we walked in the woods next to the field where I found a early infantry button and are first signal was the reale. I dug the hole but let my son search through the dirt to he found it. He was so excited to get a coin. At least are day wasn't a bust. Oh and on are way out we did finally get a button that he promptly put in his pocket lol.
