1796 British token

My friend Stan dug this cool early token today at a site up his way. Apparently it's a 1796 flowers and buck's head Edinburgh halfpenny token. Never seen one like it. If anyone can provide any info about this token, especially its rarity, it would be appreciated.[h=1][/h]
