I found this Monday night hunting the old park. The heat was sweltering but this find made it worth the effort.

Cool find. 8) Not too bad a shape I suppose. Washington Park? You been doing much detecting there lately? Seems like any part of that park has the potential for a big find even after all the hunting that has been done there. Anyway, thanks for posting. Wish I could find something that old.

Yep good old Washington Park just keeps giving them up though at a bit slower pace these days.
