1800's HOME*SILVER

got permission to do a early 1800's home.it's vacant now and whoever lived here prior sure drank alot of beer.caps,tabs and can slaw everywhere but i came out with some keepers.
2 Ih's one being a fatty looks like 1862 or 3. a merc(yup i dinged it ::)) it was in the same hole with the 1907 IH
a silver war nickel(still has mint luster on it) and a nice walker which was a suprise been awhile since i dug a walker.

Congrats on the silver!!! nice walking half also! I can't wait to find one....most of the places i've been recently have the same issues you have lots of trash..I've got a whole pouch full of bottle caps. (almost all from kids drinking in the park!) :headbang: rock on- and good work finding silver!

You didn't ask, but the fungi in the photo are Polyporus squamosus, aka Dryad's Saddle.
