Would have been mint state when it was dropped. The fact that it was cleaned (well-done, by the way), it would only grade a high AU-58. The very good news is that it has the dot between 18[dot]18. In the most recent Coin Market published in Numismatic News, it would be valued at $1200. If by some crazy chance it can slip by the graders as being uncleaned, it would be worth $2500 in lower mint state grades.

Congratulations on a heck of a find. Tell us more details on the find.

I did'nt know it was cleaned - how do you tell ? Thanks for your help.
