I found that same token many years ago. It was by far the best copper coin I ever dug. Came out of an area of the park where the soil is this great glacial sand deposit. I'll post a photo if I can find one.

Who says you can't still hunt in New England in the winter. I try to get out any time my probe or shovel will penetrate the soil. Cool find!
