1857 Seated Quarter

Gorgeous day here today, high 40's, so had to take advantage of it and get out for a little while....Hit another supposedly "hunted out" area, an old foundation where a bowling alley once was and burned down in 1915. Found a 1887 IH, a 1857 Seated Quarter and an old copper nail. May get out again this afternoon...too nice and too few days left to let going again pass by.

Nice finds...you are right about the days being limited...we had our 1st snow fall today...only a couple cm but the days are getting colder. Of course it is going to be 15 celsius this Wednesday so I have nothing to complain about!
