Oh, looked like a die crack. Must be the plastic cover. But, you might want to check the VAM list all the same. The "D" in "DOLLAR" is depressed. It might be struck from an identifiable die. Hard to judge a coin by looking at internet photos taken through plastic, not to mention having solely the reverse to judge.

If you could photograph both sides without the plastic I can give you my not so expert opinion.- It is going to cost you about $50 a coin to have them graded and slabbed. If the DOLLAR ain't at least a $100 coin, it ain't worth getting it graded imo..

There is no way to grade a coin without seeing both sides.
