It is a common date in very low grade. I would expect around $20 but you can check ebay sold listings to see what similar coins are selling for.

Similar condition 1890-o Morgan silver dollars have sold in the $18-20 dollar range, with one graded by NGC at AG-3 selling for $25.

Perhaps in high grade, this one is not. $20 is about right.

Not doing extensive research on coins and taking their condition into consideration is why so many folks pay a fortune for coins to Sellers such as Littleton Coins, then wonder years later why they are offered so little for the same coins.
