RE: 1899: Who are the signatories? Over a dozen varieties exist but, on average, a couple of years ago most of them were retail valued between $125 in VG-8 condition up to $325 in EF.
RE: The '23 SC has either Speelman/White or Woods/Tate signatories. The 'White' sigs were worth between $40 to $90 VG-8 to EF-40, respectively. Tate sig. went from $100 to $400.
