19 JUN 15 Italy Hunt... Please help identify (Royale Navy button)

Treasurenet friends. I could use some help in identifying this (Italian or British) Royal Navy button. From what my wife and I can gather thus far, it appears to be from WWII between Italian and British forces (Battle of Mediteranian)?? However, we haven't been able to locate the exact button image online. Any help would be greatly appreciated.... I will post todays finds shortly after this... It gets better!!!

I would suggest posting in the button forum, but I can't locate a dedicated button forum here?
If a button forum doesn't exist here, we need one.
