Tried like heck to get a new permission today, headed north with high hopes. Good news is no one said no, bad news is I only spoke with 2 people. NO ONE WAS HOME! the nerve of people to be at work lol. 1st was a new permission that was kind of a dud, 3 wheats, super deep clad, and a crotal bell. 2nd person was a 1880 permission I hit with dave with our atpros from 2 1/2 yrs ago. Let's just say we missed some stuff. I do remember having to bail in a hurry then because of a downpour. Today i tries again and got a1907 barber dime, 1927 SLQ, 1937 merc, 1879 indian, 1928 buff, and 11 wheats. Silver 15 fty, indian 17 fty, and wheat 106 fty, plus a cool crotal bell and some other odds and ends. FUN HUNT! Thanks for looking and hh!! 20170410_172946.jpg 20170410_172113.jpg 20170410_170634.jpg 20170410_172538.jpg 20170410_172443.jpg 20170410_172324.jpg 20170410_172816.jpg 20170410_150637.jpg

Now that's what I call a great day of digging! Man you nailed some great finds. It usually pays to hit a place more than once, and you just proved it!

We missed some stuff? Did we even turn the detectors on?:icon_scratch: Trying to remember when we had to leave because of rain. Looks like you killed it.:notworthy:

Very nice finds. After all these years of detecting I have never found a standing liberty coin.

Good show Chris!

The SLQ is a tough coin for me to find.

Good to see you out hunting. I hope the home remodeling is done for a while.
