Nice finds  I tried downloading you pictures to resize but they are HTML and wil only come out as documents. Sorry!!

For re-sizing photos I find the program "Paint" easy to use. Follow these steps, there are several other ways to go also but you should have this program on your computer. After doing a few photos you will be able to re-size and save in about ten seconds. :icon_thumright:

_________________________________________________

-Open the program "Paint".

-Then click "File" and then "Open". This will bring up the folders/files on your computer.

-Select the file you wish to work with.

-With the file/image open click on "Image". This will open a drop down menu.

-From the drop down menu, click "Stretch/Skew". This will open another box.

-In this box you will see "Stretch" with options for "Horizontal" and "Vertical". The %'s for these will be at 100.

-Change the value from 100 to your new percentage (either shrinking or enlarging) and click OK.

-Save the newly sized photo as a new file so as to retain your original.

Your pictures came out just fine and they're the right size too! :icon_thumright:
Congrats on the half dollar! :notworthy:

70monte68 - Looks like you got the resizing and added a pic. :icon_thumright:

Just to clarify for you, I did resize your photos before my posting above. I see I forgot to mention that, hope I didn't cause any confusion.

I don't think your mystery item is a coin, I think it is a pewter button. If so, be very careful cleaning it, as they tend to fall apart easily when old. You might try barely wetting it and see if you can spot any design on the face(Numbers, letters) in the glare from some light. Good luck with ID'ing it!

WOW ~ that's some good treasures there! That Barber half is so SWEET!

nice half :icon_thumleft: MR TUFF

Also how old could it be?
