I am hoping someone knowledgeable can help me out on this. I inherited some stamps back in the late 80s and they have been packed away for a long time. I did a little research and found the stamps shown below. How can I tell if these are the valuable ones?

Thanks in advance. IMAG0524.jpg IMAG0525.jpg

Looks to me to be from the series 1922 through 1926/28.There are at least ten variations of that stamp. Rather than point then out, I suggest you read Scott's Catalog description for US stamps numbered 554,577,579,583,595,599, 599A, 606,634, and 634A and let us know.
Note: If you have #595 you have a stamp that could be worth over $100.
Good luck,
Don.....
