Found this the other day at the old tavern site. This old tavern was there for many years it looks. You just never know what you might find next.

Neat looking medallion / token.

I would think it's a membership badge and (if of appropriate size) intended to be affixed to an automobile radiator grille. There looks to be some traces of enamelling, which is usual, and it's probably 1920s-1930s. Nice find.
