(1950s) Landers, California site thousands of people gathered

I was watching a show on UFOs today and it showed old video of 1954 and this massive outdoor UFO convention attended by 5,000 people at Giant Rock in California. It looks like they had this event for many years too. Here's a link to the site. There must be old silver coins dropped there.

Not to discourage you, but Giant rock isn't too far from my location. On weekends the area is filled with dirtbikes & ATV's. There is also *sadly* alot of trash and other debris.

It's definately a neat place to see, but I'm not sure how much luck you'll have MD'ing.
