1955 Junior Pilot Ring: Cereal Box Goodie

I found a few odds & Ends this weekend! A 1955 ring found in cereal Boxes from American Airlines that say's "junior Pilot." An arrowhead pendant. Can't find a mark on it. Also, I am having a really tough time cleaning it. Any ideas on what the metal is or how to completely clean it? A kids ring. Two silver earring hoops. One is 925. The other w/ the diamonds (fake I'm sure) is 825. The heart is...lead It's heavy but not silver for sure. Those are my digs! Thanks for looking. HH

Great finds.... I love the arrowhead pendant.. I see the ring is patially open, maybe that is how it got lost in the first place I am sure it will look great when it has been cleaned.

I had an arrowhead like that when I was a kid, I think my mom got it from Avon. I can remember that it was all the rage at the elementary school (late 70s early 80s).

Pewter! This is my first pewter. Thank goodness you told me! I had visions of this kid with lead around their neck.

Any idea on the arrowhead metal? Gold in color...no markings....

H, nice finds by the way. I was looing at the arrow head as well, and can remember them quite well I think. Looks to me like the ones I used to see in heavy metal mags back when I was a kid, you know Hit Perader and stuff like that. Thanks for the look.
