1966 penny. De-lamination or Strike Through?

I found this penny last week and have narrowed the ID down to two possibilities. Any ideas on what error this may be? I am thinking strike through because of the shape but maybe its a De-lamination error instead.

You are partly right. It is a lamination (not delamination) because the lamination is still in place.
A delamination implies the metal fell out or peeled.

EDIT: Nice looking one by the way.

Thank you for the correction. Here is a better picture of the Lamination. I may put this one up on ebay. Will let you know what it sells for.
