Was searching my mom's coin holder and found this odd, 1989P Roosevelt Dime that had a raised edged. The bumps on the edge of the coin either have been worn off or where never on it. I showed my mom and even she can tell the different. It's almost like the die hit the blank really really hard and like when you squeeze dough between the fingers it makes a raised rim. Any help would be appreciated.
