Ive had the xp deus for well over a month and have read the manual 10 times so today FINALLY I have my 1st site and hunt. Several hours on an 8" corn stubble field is the best I could do this early in the season. This place has been hammered by many detectorists for the last 15 years AT LEAST but as far as I know the NEWEST coin was a 1720s King George I halfpenny. Horrible hunting conditions but I needed to find some old stuff. Anyway here is the round up. 3 old paste gem cuff links. (This place produced many), an ornate cuff link, a smashed ring and several buckle fragments. Some lead musket balls and shot plus a couple lead caps. Can someone tell me what these lead caps were used for? I have many and they all have come from the super old sites.
