1st time out

Finally got a metal detector so figured I would head out to the backyard and see what I could find between rain storms. 1 sterling silver earring, maybe a rusty old steel wheel of some sort, some rusty steel wire contraption and 1 piece of no idea what. Hopefully won't rain forever and can see what other kind of stuff lurks below.

Thanks for the welcomes everyone, went out again today and got my first coin (1953 wheat) and a ton of odd junk and contraptions. I think Fred Sanford used to own this house or something with the amount of junk i'm digging out of the back yard. My house is 100 yrs old so I figured there might be something interesting around somewhere.
