Hello All. Haven't been hunting this year at all and when I do I haven't broken any records by no means. Now with surgery on June 30 I guess I'll be out all together :-\ Not to get into all of the details but 2010 has been a down year for me and my family.

The finds tonight are from several small hunts over the past month. Some have came from the old 1840's Cranston home and the rest a few new places I've been able to get in to. Losts of Wheats but no silver. The Wheats go from the teens to the 50's. The heart thingy I found intact. I was hoping that there was some money inside but not. I found part of one from last year so they must have been popular. Any ideas?? I found the flat button tonight at a new 1850's place that my Buddy Randy got me into. His first dig was a 1917 Walking Liberty Half. He also dug a 44 quarter with his minelab explorer SE. Any idea's on the button?? The rest was clad, a model A tire cap , which I have dug 4 now, some kind of broach, a souped up Jaguar.

Thanks for looking, Ron

Nice finds Ron

Hope everything turns out well for you. You'll be back up and running again in no time. And just think. You won't hurt as bad.

Take care

That's a nice haul of goodies! Your button dates from 1828-1836 :icon_thumright: I hope all turns out well for you.

You've dug some cool stuff. I hope things get better for you. It seems like a lot of people are going through a lot now. The button has a good amount of gilt on the back. That backmark actually dates to 1834. After that it was R & W Robinson and used that name until 1838.

Nice post Ron. I too have been kinda slow this year. I blame it on growing old, but my wife says I'm more like a spring chicken. ::)

Good luck with the surgery. I'm sure you'll be back on you're feet in no time.

My prayers are with you. :)

A nice assortment of finds Ron and I wish you the best on your surgery. It's good to get it over now and get back into shape before the Fall hunting season. HH.
