2 cool fossils

Stumbled upon this guy creek walking artifacts in a gully. Have never found or seen a fossil like this. The one looks like a branch of some kind, but not entirely sure, up close you can see the the little nubs and design of the bark its that detailed. The other looks like some kind of insect, maybe trilobyte? not sure, but nonetheless a sweet find.

It looks like a Crinoid stem and a piece of coral of some kind. Hard to be more specific than that from a photo that size. Look at the stem with a good magnifier. It should look like a bunch of cheap plastic poker chips stacked up. With that coral looking fossil below it, try to do a rubbing of it with a pencil & paper, a lot of times it will bring out some more macro details and keep the color of the rock itself from confusing your eye.

It might be a Devonian sample. Central NY has these and the trilobite could be the tail molt of a greenops barberi

Lol, you have a Crinoid stem and trilobite. The small thin raised lines are burrows
