Had a blast on the Jackson group hunt thanks to Josh and Craig! Met a lot of great people too! Hunted some sweet sites that these guys lined up, (thanks again guys), they kept us well fed too, I'll never forget those monster Griff burgers! Some really nice coins and relics found this weekend....I decided to sit back and let the others dig the silver and oldies, YEAH RIGHT, I GOT SPANKED, LOL! A big congrats to Brentallica for that large cent, first one I've seen in the wild! All in all, a great time and hope we do it again!

Griff,,, Many thanks to you for all of your work and it was great meeting the others!!! :notworthy:

Tara is talking about metal detecting more now than ever!!!!! I had a blast and you guys are more than welcome to come over and hit local sites anytime you want! I met some great people and had alot of fun, THANKS FOR COMING!!! I would post the pictures of our finds, but the internet here kinda restricts me... :-[

The wheats we found were 1910,1919,1919,1924,1946,1950,1951,1954,1956. You guys dug neat plugs, took all your trash, and were very professional and polite with the home owners!! Little James (3 years old) has some clad for his "John Deere Gator fund" and the attempt to locate the lost flashlight was an adventure (80 acre field). Keep in touch guys and girls and be safe!!!
