The "layered" rock would probably be sedimentary. The very rounded one is rounded from water (not fusion). If they are heavy but not magnetic, they are not meteorites. The "heavy" would infer metallic content (iron) which would make it very magnetic. Not meteorites... my lay-person opinion. TTC
