2 X Silver, ammo, and a whatzit

This was actually a yesterday hunt, but got back late. It was more or less an exploration trip, just checking out scenery on a beautiful summer day. I did find a nice and shady place to dig a few holes. Quite satisfied with getting 2 silvers, a 1950 quarter and a 1965 dime. My second live 9mm round of the year. The unknown item is about an inch and a half in diameter slightly concave and made of copper or brass, and had an attachment on the back , maybe a pin ? "P C co Ltd # 361" any ideas ?
