Yepper, that's what we call "adhesive doubling". Acetone should take it off, but why bother!

Appreciate it. I guess it would be best to leave it alone. Kind of cool. Let me ask you this, can you still have it sent off and have it slabed?

Why would you have it slabbed. It's just something sticky on the coin that picked up the design from another coin. Usually glue.
