What is the material of the daltons?

010 looks to be well ground. Are the others ground as well?

Those are pretty and I agree with your assessment of 2022. I found one (cheap kind) Confederate plain buckle, a few flat buttons, no Indian artifacts, a couple spent minies, not much but didn't go much.

My detecting has been off for a year. I did find two cool sites, but you gotta work them in the cold months. Both are about 3 feet above sea level and I don't care much for gators and snakes. One is a French trading post turned Spanish Presidio (1750) One is an early Texas Homestead called Middle Bayou.
