3 Fleet Street Film & Strange Weight

I found these items at a local flea market today! If anybody has any information on these items I would appreciate it!

The round metal plate is the top portion of a ceiling hook. It would have been screwed into a ceiling to hang an oil lamp from it. If you can find a similar hook to mate it with, it'll be worth about $40. See picture below

Well, the picture is a glass lantern slide, and its a view up Fleet Street in London towards St. Paul's Cathedral (the dome in the background). Newton was an early maker of cameras and lantern slides and was located at the address on the slide.

I did some research and found that it was part of the "Views of London" set, total being 8 different slides for the set. Any idea of the rarity of this item or value?
