I was given a nice gift today. My grandmother came across these while going through my great aunt's house who recently passed.
1881 gold eagle
1913 quarter eagle

I don't know much about the tiny third coin. I believe it to be fractional gold token? Please correct me if I'm wrong
1857 CALIFORNIA GOLD HALF D on one side
There is a D under the bust
Any help with the ID. would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks

If I remember correctly from previous years posts on these Cal coins they are mostly fantasy, although I might be wrong?? The other 2 are a very nice gift, in fact if you look at them all together like that the small one does have an odd colour.

That was an incredible gift! Beautiful gold coins! As for the Cali coin.... you will probably have to consult with an expert in those. There were lots of private mint gold coins during the gold rush days. Since that time there have been "fantasy" pieces and replicas of real coins made in huge numbers, many times made from real gold.

Get some expert opinions and good luck!

Cru is correct.
The Red Book warns: "Beware of extremely common modern replicas which have little numismatic value."
Notwithstanding, I'd get them checked out at your local coin shop.
Don......
