The 3 silvers are milled & not hammered, still they all look good.

Lastly, I think the last object is a 16-17th C Knife Terminal with some of the iron blade left.

You have right Crusader the last object is from a spoon or knife. but it was older. it´s medieval, that is until 1537 in Norway. they have found some look like this in Denmark and Sweden in arkologiske excavations. and some with metal detectors also.
