3 hour hunt at the lake score a Merc and wheat

Spent some more time chasing nails, they do fall through sometimes. I chased that 1924 Merc for at least a half hour. I don't know why, just could not get her in the scoop, then thought it was a tiny silver target falling through the holes. Finally was trying to grab a small target with my hand and figured out it was a coin. Nice cool water under the shade of the pier, can't beat it. Like my mom would have said, "better then a stick in the eye"!
